National Poetry Month, Day 4
Poison Ivy
She ruined you.
with all of patience
Slowly.
Her delicate words
And warm embraces
Consumed your passion,
left you hollow.
But you, unaware
begged.
Begged for more.
She laughingly obliged.
You disappeared, since.
Excellent job. Thanks for sharing. Sharing poems is something I truly enjoy doing. I enjoy reading your blog very much.
